About

I had a roundabout journey to AI, studying mechanical engineering in undergrad and later robotics engineering as a masters student. At APL I became interested in deep reinforcement learning, and have now been working in AI for the last eight years. I am currently working in imitation learning and VLAs for robotics.

I started this site (2024) to collect my notes and thoughts in a single place, and to add some pressure to make my notes more formal and complete.

Outside of work, I like to cook. Among all the tech jargon, a recipe may appear every once and a while.
